1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Seedance 2.0 AI-powered features, including image, video, music, chat, prompt, upload, and generation workflows.

By using the Service, you agree not to use it to create, request, upload, transform, or distribute prohibited content.

2. NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content Is Prohibited

You may not use the Service to generate or transform content that is:

  • Nude, semi-nude, or sexually explicit
  • Sexually suggestive, including undressing, twerking, fetish content, or provocative poses
  • Intended to sexualize a person, body part, or reference image
  • Marketed or described as "NSFW", "uncensored", "18+", "no filter", or similar

This restriction applies whether the content is free, paid, private, gated, or created for internal use.

3. Reference Uploads and Inputs

You may not upload or provide source images, prompts, screenshots, or other reference material that contains prohibited NSFW or sexually explicit content.

If a request includes prohibited language or unsafe reference material, Seedance 2.0 may block the request, suspend access, remove content, or take other enforcement action without prior notice.

4. Other Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, assist, or distribute content that:

  • Violates law or regulation
  • Exploits or sexualizes minors
  • Harasses, abuses, threatens, or defrauds others
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation, rate limits, or access controls

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Seedance 2.0 uses content safety controls and may review prompts, metadata, uploads, and outputs to enforce this AUP.

We may reject requests, remove content, suspend generation access, terminate accounts, or report serious violations when required.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
