By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or other paid access, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. General Rule

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after purchase.

This applies to:

  • One-time credit purchases
  • Subscription charges
  • Renewals
  • Upgrades or other paid plan changes

2. Delivered Digital Services

Seedance 2.0 provides digital services that are provisioned shortly after payment, including account access, subscription activation, credit allocation, and AI generation capability.

If credits, subscription access, or generated outputs have been delivered or used, that is treated as evidence that the service was provided.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current subscription period, unless required by law.

If your plan includes time-based access or credits for the active billing period, those benefits may remain available until the end of the current term, subject to the Service rules in effect at that time.

4. When We May Consider Refund Requests

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, such as:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error
  • A clear technical failure caused by our systems where paid access was not provisioned
  • Fraud confirmed by our payment provider or internal investigation
  • Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may use account, billing, delivery, usage, and technical records to respond. These records may include account creation data, payment metadata, subscription provisioning, credit grants, login or usage history, generation logs, and output delivery records.

If a payment dispute is reversed in our favor, access restrictions applied because of the dispute may remain or be updated based on risk review.

6. How to Request Billing Support

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute when possible:

Please include the account email, payment date, amount, and a short description of the issue.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
