By purchasing credits, subscriptions, or other paid access, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after purchase.

Seedance 2.0 provides digital services that are provisioned shortly after payment, including account access, subscription activation, credit allocation, and AI generation capability.
If credits, subscription access, or generated outputs have been delivered or used, that is treated as evidence that the service was provided.
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current subscription period, unless required by law.
If your plan includes time-based access or credits for the active billing period, those benefits may remain available until the end of the current term, subject to the Service rules in effect at that time.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, such as:

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may use account, billing, delivery, usage, and technical records to respond. If a payment dispute is reversed in our favor, access restrictions applied because of the dispute may remain or be updated based on risk review.
